Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Fitmonkie tags attached to ensure the return is eligible for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
